“The parcel was a day late being collected due to the fact the carrier GLS said they had insufficient information on pickup address. I had to phone your offices to find out what the problem was and your Customer Services Dept (Brett and Aaron) got the problem sorted and the parcel was collected the following day.”

“I was fully satisfied with Irish Parcels- the more that I had comparision a fornight before I tried to order a shipment with another company-which never suceeded, despite being paid, and it took over two weeks to have it refunded. With Irish Parcels the Price was affordable, the collection was on the second working day after the order was placed, the man who came to collect it was kind and helpful.In three days the parcel was delivered to Germany, in perfect condition. I am definitely going to stay with Irish Parcels and I can honnestly recommend them. Kinga”

“After some initial confusion, our parcel was collected very efficiently. I can't fault the call centre staff, particularly Aaron who took ownership of our issue and ensured that everything possible was done to resolve our problem. Thanks so much, happy to use again and recommend to others.”

“Could be very good if I wouldnt have to pay VAT, because I purchase service from an Irish company as a foreign company. I loose money. Other than that service is very good.”

Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry you feel this way. VAT is a legal requirement and is out of our control - it is the company's responsibility to claim this back at a later date. Unfortunately this is something we cannot change.
