“Courier contracted to collect my parcel did found my address but wrote unable to collect no one home. I was told I have to book again and pay again. In the end was resolved but to much hassle .”

“General process is good, and simple. But some problems experienced... 1: stayed home all day from 09:00 to 18:00 but driver did not arrive to pickup parcels, 2: inconsistent processing of orders, i.e. driver arrives to pickup parcels not yet due for pickup, 3: 2 deliveries arrived 1 day early so were missed as the recipient wasn't expecting them, 4: cant change pickup or delivery date of order after it has been booked, 5: I can click "use registered address" when booking in a parcel but still have to Select County and Select Town, why?, 6: email support promises max 4 hour response but response took a lot longer than 4 hours. Staff on chat helpline are helpful and friendly.”

“I was not very impressed with the service. Collection was good but the driver delivered the bikes to a nearby business as he said he couldn’t get them up our drive. I had to carry the large cumbersome box from the business to my house and supervise 2 small children and a springer spaniel. Our precious bikes must have been chucked about en route as one had a broken spoke, a broken bell and a dented scraped bottom bar. Very disappointing.”

We are very sorry that your shipment arrived in this condition, although outer packaging can be subject to wear and tear during transit, damage to contents is extremely rare as each and every one of our shipments is handled with care. We have compensation in place for any damage caused to contents. Compensation is paid as per our T+Cs. Packaging items safely in strong double walled boxes as per our guidelines on our packaging page is the best way to avoid damage, as well as internal packaging for any delicate items. “Excellent service, as you can see, I continue to use it a number of times a week. On the very few occasions that I have had to contact your customer service, I was met with the most courteous and helpful response that I have come across.
