“I have used this service several times and I will probably use it again in the future but there is a lot they could do for improvement. The main problem for me is that they are not very reliable with the pick up. For example I was stuck at home a full day waiting for the carrier which never showed up. He came the day after he was supposed to pick up my parcel at 4 in the afternoo,this means I spent 2 full days at home( in my holidays) waiting and the most annoying part was,when I checked the status of my order it said the first day the collection wasn't possible because nobody was home which is a plain lie(even in the unprovable event I didn't hear the door they had a phone number). So very unprofessional by GLS.”

“The service 99% of the time is very good. But when it goes wrong Irish Parcels do not want to know about it. Pass it off to whatever carrier you booked it with.”

“I felt a little confused initially in arranging Irish Parcels to collect and deliver my parcel but in the end I was very happy with the service, the driver who collected my parcel was great and put my mind at rest. My parcel was delivered in time. Happy with the service.”

“We have used Irish parcels several times now and are very happy with them, they have a team of very courtious phone operaters to help you, ALL other Irish parcel sites cannot be contacted when something goes wrong at all”

I can see that your item has not yet been collected. This has been attempted on numerous occasions, however, the driver has noted that no one has been available at the address to hand over the shipment. The driver also noted trying to call the contact at the address, however, was unable to reach them. Please contact our support team directly via email at info@irishparcels.ie so that we may reschedule this collection for a more suitable date.

“Initial booking simple. Comms and tracking updates poor! needed to phone before info was updated. A bit stressful when you are waiting for a very important delivery. Also, confirmation message very misleading!! telling me that a delivery was on its way FROM ME!!! Delivery however was collected and delivered on time.”
