“From start to finish my experience with Irish parcels was a hassle free experiene. I was returning an item to Hong Kong and the online help/ chat with customer service was polite, very helpful and they were able to talk me through customs declaration forms quickly and professionally. This is my third experience with them and would highly recommend them.”

“Irish Parcels collected my 15kg parcel on the 7th of Dec in Cork Ireland and they called to the address to deliver the parcel in New Zealand on the 11th/12/18. A little pricy but excellent service.”

“I've placed 17 orders with Irish Parcels over the past year or so and about 1 in 4 have had problems, between the courier not showing up to collect a parcel, or showing up at 7PM!!. There is no communication when something goes wrong, my most recent order was cancelled without notifying me, because there was "no address informaton" - Irish parcels don't allow you to place an order without supplying address information!!”

“My experience with GLS driver through the phone was very poor. The parcels were collected 3 days later than set up in the order. The driver was not able to give e the date when the parcel will be collected by saying the the docket was not printed so the parcel wont be collected. The parcels eventually were collected after a very good communication and support with from Irish Parcels customer service. Thank you Craig. I hope my parcels will be delivered before Christmas.”

“Because of the pick up location the courier company they used were too lazy to collect it on time, it took 3 days of ringing & changing the pick up location to suit them, to get it collected and on its way.”

“Everything went smoothly from the Irish end, however my parcel was delivered to a neighbour of my sister without my sister being informed of where it had been delivered. Why do they need the recipient's tel no if they do not intend contacting them. The parcel was not delivered for two days as the neighbour went away after delivery and my sister had no clue as to where it was. It would be helpful if a text was sent to the recipient if they are out informing them as to where the parcel was delivered, this would save a lot of worry and anxiety.”

“Collected Dublin Tuesday and delivered to Vancouver Friday . New zip code not recognised but addressed when order placed . Zip codes in Canada changed a few months ago but not all records up to date with couriers . Best result ever , Many thanks Tony N”

“I was very happy with the service I received. The parcel was delivered to Toronto from Newbridge in 4 days ( in plenty of time for Christmas)! I will definitely be using IrishParcels.ie in future. In fact, I’ve already recommended it to friends who also have family living abroad”
