“The handiness of the service is good, my collection agent arrived promptly and was friendly. However, not being able to track my package while it was with the courier was not acceptable after having paid over 13 euro for it to go from one county to another within in the same country. If I can track with free shipping from China I should be able to track in Ireland.”

“This was my first time using Irish Parcels services. My parcel had sat in the UK for nearly 3 years after arriving by sea shipping due to the difficulty getting it collected from my friends. It’s was a bronze garden statue that started its journey in Australia . One call to Irish Parcels and it arrived 4 days later. In perfect condition. With updates along the way easily accessible by way of on line tracking. Perfect helpline in the way of Alannah. Absolutely the best couriers I’ve ever used in way of service and price. Steve”

“The package was not picked up on expected date however, it did reach destination by date originally advised. The issue I had with pickup was that I was told package would be collected between 9am and 6pm on a Friday which is a broad time range but I had someone at home on that particular day. I had to leave the package at an alternative pickup point on the Monday as I had no one at home on the Monday. Luckily the driver called the number provided at time of booking to find out about pickup but I was advised that driver has no obligation to call as they don't have work phones. My advise would be to leave the package at a pickup point that always has a physical presence between 9am and 6pm. The pricing and actual timing of transfer when picked up was very good.”

“Contacted Irish parcel through online and saw the terms and conditions. How to get parcel ready, enter relevant weight. Paid the fee....and was told to expect the driver between 9am-6pm the following day. The parcel was collected around 1.30 pm ( great did not have to hang around all day) Delivery was prompt and arrived one day ahead of schedule. Thank you Irish Parcels. Iris”

“My friend and I both needed to ship a parcel to Germany when we moved home from Dublin. We had a problem with the collection of the packages (Doorbell wasn`t working) and our flight was leaving the next morning. The Support of Irish Parcels gave their best and found a super quick solution in just an hour! Great prices, easy to use and amazing support. If I ever need to ship between Ireland and Germany again, I`ll definitely stick with Irish Parcels.”

“The parcel was delivered in good order. I would like to have given a very good on this review, but my experience with the collection carrier was poor. They kept me waiting in all day, never contacted to say they were not coming, and the driver was highly abusive to me on the telephone, when I got upset. I flagged this to your office but had to make several calls myself to find out what was happening. When the parcel was collected it was delivered well, I would use the service again,but do not think I would go with GLS who were the cheapest carrier again.”

“I used Irish Parcels as a competitor to my business. We do the packing and supply packing materials in our business which Irish Parcels dont do, or offer. That said we were able to team up with them and provide a door to door service by working together and doing the bit they dont provide. A good combination and a fair price was delivered to the client by my company FastMovers. Irish Parcels did an excellent job at their end and the client was a happy camper. This combination between FastMovers and Irish Parcels.ie delivered the clients needs and requirements at an affordable price. They say a good marriage is like a team working together.”
