“My package arrived exactly when specified in spite of the fact that it was to a foreign country. Irish Parcels had the package wrapped very well marking it "Fragile" and ensuring that the parcel would not be damaged. I am very happy with the service and grateful that the job was done so professionally.”

“I have used Irish parcels several times in the past successfully. This time I had a booking fail mutliple times without any notification being sent to me. I was awaiting a driver t collect for days whilst it was cancelled. Even after rebooking it failed again with no notification. This cost me a week and in the end an extra 60 euros to ship overnight as my client was very frustrated. Based on this I would be hesitant to use the service in future.”

“I like that you are able to contact by phone with any questions you have,I refuse to deal with companies that don't give a contact number and have the inane and frustrating FAQs that are never relevant to your enquiry. I contacted them twice with questions and found them to be polite knowledgeable and answered my question without hesitation.I would give them 10/10.”

“My daughter in England needed her art portfolio for a college interview, and with it measuring over 3 feet wide and 2 foot high, and weighing in at a heavy 9 kilograms, I thought the task of posting it to her was going to be ridiculously expensive. Not so with Irish Parcels.ie. I simply entered the dimensions of the portfolio, the weight, the collection point eircode and the delivery point post code online and Irish Parcels.ie immediately provided a very inexpensive rate, so I booked it straight away in case it was a mistake! The portfolio was collected the next day from my house by a courier and delivered to my daughter's address in England 5 days later as stated with their original quote, and it arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely be using Irish Parcels.ie for every future parcel delivery”

“Collection man was rude and impatient when I wasn't at house. I was only 4 minutes away from house. He had no customer service and was rushing back to Cork. Not on in 2018 ! He really upset me and I reported it back to your company that day.”
