“I am absolutely delighted with your service, Parcel picked up on time and delivered from Ireland to England in record time, safe and intact. The follow up from your Customer care and the tracking facility was outstanding. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending your Company and extremely good value. Thank you all at Irish Parcels and also the speedy and safe delivery by G:LS.”

“I have been using this company for a number of years now without complaint. I made a mistake by topping up my account and had a parcel ready for collection but My top up amount was €2.08 short and I could not pay the difference with my credit card. I would have had to top up by €10 leaving a balance of 7.92 on my account which is a useless amount. As there was nothing I could do I asked for my money back and was told they do not refund. This is a scam as you will never be able to clear your account. I have never heard of a company that would not repay money that could not be used. If you use Irish Parcels don't use an account just pay as you are invoiced for. Very disappointed as I have more to be doing than than spending time in a small claims court but that is what I am going to do.”

“A great service. I was nervous that my paintings wouldn’t arrive in time for the Wind, Earth and Fire exhibition in Ashford but they were picked up and delivered without any delays. Would definitely recommend. Thanks. I am a happy artist!”

“First-time customer. Took a days holiday to make sure i was at home to await the collection. After waiting all day without any communication, phoned your customer services to be told that it would be impossible to contact the GLS collection driver at that hour on a Friday evening. The collection had to be arranged for the following Monday therefore missing my delivery window. I usually drive into Northern Ireland and use Parcelforce. Although expensive they are flexible and reliable but decided on this occasion to use Irish Parcels for convenience. Sent a consignment of six parcels by Parcelforce on Tuesday and will continue to do so!!”

“Irish parcels are 1 of the best companies to deal with. Their web is quick & clear to use + quotes full worldwide prices within a few clicks. The customer service is pretty good too, responds to calls quickly and rarely there are any problems with contacting them. They always solve the issues and ring back with the update. 1 thing worth improving is the way the parcel weight input is made, There is no option to put 0.5 of a kilo, like 4.5, 9.5 and so on. I believe this affects the prices once they are at a limit. I highly recommend them to all the people who sends their items nationwide or worldwide.”

“This is the worst service I have ever experienced with a courier company, was to pick up my parcel on a Thursday for deliver to the UK by Tuesday, they didn’t pick up on Thursday so rang support they scheduled for pick up on Friday. No show on Friday!!! I cancelled my shipping but low & behold GLS called for the parcel on Tuesday. Parcel was already in the UK shipped by UPS.”
