“After trying my best to communicate and deal with most of the courier services available in the South, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to A. book a parcel in for collection B.communicate with customer care C.get a reasonable price. “Was charged €88.65 for parcel to be sent to England next day delivery, it arrived at destination 6 days later worthless, we explained on phone it was flowers in a box, not a bouquet and they accepted that. The parcel was sitting in Dublin 'till tues morn before leaving for England now excuse is it was a prohibited item. They refuse to refund the money.”

I can see that the reason your shipment was delayed was because it contained a prohibited item and should not have been sent with us in the first place, this is stated within our Terms and Conditions which are agreed to at the point of booking. “Very disappointed with the service. First Order cancelled for no reason and only found out by tracking. Delivery did not yet take place it is now a week since I first placed the order. Very disappointing . Hoping the delivery will happen tomoro.”

“This is one of the best parcel services i have ever used. With so many complications in travel, my wife had to leave the bag near the front desk, the driver picked it up on time and everything was so smooth and very clear instruction on how we need to and what we need to do. The website was very helpful.”

“Courier contracted to collect my parcel did found my address but wrote unable to collect no one home. I was told I have to book again and pay again. In the end was resolved but to much hassle .”

“General process is good, and simple. But some problems experienced... 1: stayed home all day from 09:00 to 18:00 but driver did not arrive to pickup parcels, 2: inconsistent processing of orders, i.e. driver arrives to pickup parcels not yet due for pickup, 3: 2 deliveries arrived 1 day early so were missed as the recipient wasn't expecting them, 4: cant change pickup or delivery date of order after it has been booked, 5: I can click "use registered address" when booking in a parcel but still have to Select County and Select Town, why?, 6: email support promises max 4 hour response but response took a lot longer than 4 hours. Staff on chat helpline are helpful and friendly.”
