“No problem with Irish Parcels, but the courier company GLS is a bit iffy, my parcel was to be pick up on last Friday, when driver arrived we found that the delivery address was wrong on their tracking label. Supposed to come back on Monday then Tuesday, then Wednesday. I waited in all day for the 3 days. am I to wait in for the rest of the week ? but which I cannot.”

“No collection was made by Irish parcels on the date specified for collection. Waited 6 days for collection and no one could give an answer on why it wasn't collected or when it was going to be collected. Our parcel did not arrive to the UK for the date we needed it to so we are very disappointed. main branch could not get through to the limerick Depot until the following week where they still couldn't get a straight answer from them on why it happened and when it would be collected. Had to cancel irish parcels and use another company. However the costumer care team are very friendly but I would advise phoning instead of emailing as the matter will get dealt with quicker.”

“Giving 1 because was not able to give 0. I have asked for the package pick up from Irish Parcel few days ago. While waiting for the courier I called the customer service and apparently the driver had a problem with address. I was told on the phone that drivers do not have phones to call the customers and also they do not use gps. I was told to reschedule for another day adding additional details to my address (losing another day of work, and money as my company does not pay for this kind of leave). I was told by the agent as well to call Gls in the morning to ask them to tell the driver to call me once they are at the gate. I did that, the Gls agent forwarded my message to the driver. I was wasting my time again as nobody showed up and the Irish Parcel could not get an answer of why my package has not been picked up. Do not misunderstand the agents that were helping me were really nice and helpful but in the end of the day I have wasted more than 200 Euro due to staying at home and my parcel is still in my room. I”

“I am absolutely delighted with your service, Parcel picked up on time and delivered from Ireland to England in record time, safe and intact. “I have been using this company for a number of years now without complaint. I made a mistake by topping up my account and had a parcel ready for collection but My top up amount was €2.08 short and I could not pay the difference with my credit card. I would have had to top up by €10 leaving a balance of 7.92 on my account which is a useless amount. As there was nothing I could do I asked for my money back and was told they do not refund. This is a scam as you will never be able to clear your account. I have never heard of a company that would not repay money that could not be used. If you use Irish Parcels don't use an account just pay as you are invoiced for. Very disappointed as I have more to be doing than than spending time in a small claims court but that is what I am going to do.”

“A great service. I was nervous that my paintings wouldn’t arrive in time for the Wind, Earth and Fire exhibition in Ashford but they were picked up and delivered without any delays. Would definitely recommend. Thanks. I am a happy artist!”

“First-time customer. Took a days holiday to make sure i was at home to await the collection. After waiting all day without any communication, phoned your customer services to be told that it would be impossible to contact the GLS collection driver at that hour on a Friday evening. The collection had to be arranged for the following Monday therefore missing my delivery window. I usually drive into Northern Ireland and use Parcelforce. Although expensive they are flexible and reliable but decided on this occasion to use Irish Parcels for convenience. Sent a consignment of six parcels by Parcelforce on Tuesday and will continue to do so!!”
