“Parcel was to be delivered on 19th October 2016. To date, it still has not been delivered and items in the paracel were needed for today, 20th.”

Although the vast majority of our shipments arrive on the expected date, Irish Parcels is not a time-guaranteed service, only estimated. This is advised in our Terms and Conditions. “The parcel was a day late being collected due to the fact the carrier GLS said they had insufficient information on pickup address. I had to phone your offices to find out what the problem was and your Customer Services Dept (Brett and Aaron) got the problem sorted and the parcel was collected the following day.”

“I was fully satisfied with Irish Parcels- the more that I had comparision a fornight before I tried to order a shipment with another company-which never suceeded, despite being paid, and it took over two weeks to have it refunded. With Irish Parcels the Price was affordable, the collection was on the second working day after the order was placed, the man who came to collect it was kind and helpful.In three days the parcel was delivered to Germany, in perfect condition. I am definitely going to stay with Irish Parcels and I can honnestly recommend them. Kinga”

From the tracking information, I can see that your shipment experienced a delay when travelling through customs clearance. As advised by our team member Anthony, unfortunately we are unable to factor customs clearance into our estimated transit times as this is something that is out of our control. I cannot see that you were in touch with our customer support team with regards to the unsuccessful collection - as we handle an extremely high volume of shipments every week, unfortunately we are unable to individually monitor each and every one. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, I'm afraid we are are not notified when a collection fails, and so we rely on the customer getting in touch so that we may work to seek a resolution to the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. Although the vast majority of our collections and deliveries take place on the expected date, occasionally unforeseen issues may cause delays, and these are not always within our control. “I turned to this service as I was having a terrible experience with Fastway courier parcel service. 2 weeks after booking my parcel I was still fighting with them to pick up my parcel, let alone deliver it. This on the other hand was a blissful experience. I booked the parcel service and driver came to collect the goods the next morning for delivery the following day. Fantastic !!”

“I had an excellent experience with Irish Parcels. Most importantly, the person picking up my package communicated with me very well. The package was picked up from me while I was at work and he called and told me when he would arrive. He arrived at my place of work exactly when he said he would.”

“We used Irish parcels.ie to send 4 boxes to Italy. I found their site easy to use and the price was good. I had to contact them te collection and found them very helpful and resolved my issue very promptly. I would have no hesitancy using them again. ????”

“Your site is great! Easily found very cheap couriers and even got a discount as a first time customer. Quick collection, quick delivery. But the driver from GLS was very very rude!”

“It would be really really really good to provide a time window shorter... I could not stay at home till 4pm waiting for getting my parcel collected. You should improve your service from this point of view. So far no problem.. but we will see if the parcel will arrive in time and good conditions.”

In order to keep our services as cost-affordable and competitive as possible, unfortunately we cannot offer specific time-slots for our collections or deliveries ahead of booking. This is possible by going to the courier directly, however at a much higher cost. If you give us a call on the morning of the collection/delivery, we may be able to help you get a more precise time from the driver directly. We hope this helps for next time.
