Spot on. Order placed on Friday midday after Nightline couriers failed to show up in 2 days. Parcel was promptly collected on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Good price. Great online service. 100% recommended

I have used Irish Parcels a number of times to send parcels to France. The website easy to use and the staff are helpful. The service and price are excellent.

Parcel was due to be collected from my home address. Late afternoon, nothing had happened, so I checked on tracking service. Discovered that a remark had been written at 4.28pm. Cannot collect parcel, reception closed. Hello, what the hell is that all about.. Could not get hold of anyone online or by phone. Eventually got drivers mobile number next day, and after giving him directions, he arranged to collect. Could not tell me what had happened the previous day, was not his round. All in all not a good start to my first dealing with this company. Sorry.

After some initial confusion, our parcel was collected very efficiently. I can't fault the call centre staff, particularly Aaron who took ownership of our issue and ensured that everything possible was done to resolve our problem. Thanks so much, happy to use again and recommend to others.

First parcel we asked for change of address. could not be done even before collection. we then had to make a new booking with new address and new Label and after collection advise Irish parcel to cancel the old booking with wrong address. Irish Parcels cancelled the wrong booking. Parcel went missing for a week. was then without consultation returned to sender. Contents all broken up. We Then made a New Booking for a replacement parcel , Never got confirmation on the internet from the booking. emailed Irish Parcels Quote "yes there is a small problem with the IT system confirmation will follow " Off course it never came. Still do not know this date if it Was collected or delivered on our behalf as there is no way without a reference to track it. Therefore can not rate Irish Parcels anything but very Poor Rene Wubben Emerald Cargo Systems Waterford 051-820008

Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry for the issues you experienced with your shipment. Unfortunately when a booking has been made, it cannot be altered once it has been processed and a tracking number issued - this is stated in our Terms and Conditions. For this reason, we were unable to change the address on your original booking. I can see that the original collection date chosen was the 30th of August, and you re-booked for collection on the 31st of August. As the items were handed over to the driver on the original collection date, instead of the new collection date, the driver did not have this new information on his manifest, and so the items were collected under the incorrect tracking number and forwarded to the incorrect address. This resulted in the items being returned to sender. Our courier was then required to cancel the collection booked for the 31st, as there was then nothing to collect. We stipulate that, even if a collection is re-booked for an alternative date, the driver may still attempt collection on the original date as this is likely to have already been issued to their manifest for that day. In this instance, we strongly advise turning the driver away. We ask customers to ensure that items are handed over to the courier only on the collection date chosen at booking to avoid any issues with the shipment. We hope that this offers an explanation for these issues. I can see that your most recent order with Irish Parcels was successfully collected and delivered. We're very sorry that you did not receive the tracking information via email - this was caused by a slight technical issue. However, this information is available by logging into your Irish Parcels account on our website. We're also very sorry if any items sent with Irish Parcels were damaged. Damage is extremely rare on any of our services, and we regret that this happened in your case. Please email us with photos and details of the damage and we will look into this further. Again, we sincerely apologise. If you have any further questions about your shipment, please do contact us and we will be happy to help.

Although the vast majority of our shipments arrive on the expected date, Irish Parcels is not a time-guaranteed service, only estimated. I have taken a look into the tracking information and can see that TNT attempted this delivery on the expected delivery date, however were unable to deliver as no one was present at the delivery address. The parcel was then delivered the next working day. Again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Since I have written an extensive complaint, I'm amused I've been asked to write a review too. It's hard to give a good review to a company that doesn't turn up, lies about whether they did turn up or not, and then arrive to collect the parcel on a different day, AFTER the order has been cancelled.

Ordered a parcel pickup for thursday last week for which i paid. Now its tuesday the following week, and they still havent picked it up. The order was for a GLS pick up and when i mailed customer service they told me DHL would pick it up. I am not sure if they know what they are doing and frankly i am considering paying someone else to get the job done.

Hi. I was initially delighted to come across Irish Parcels.ie. It seemed like a great service, door-to-door, reasonable rates and better speed of delivery and value than anyone else I had come across online or by phone. I selected the Express option along with maximum Insurance protection as I had a critically urgent delivery need to the UK but I must say I was dismayed when, over the following days, I received a mail and a phone call from my distressed UK client, wondering why I hadn't fulfilled my delivery promise - she, in turn, had people chasing her. She also said that from her online follow-up, it appeared that the parcel had not even been collected yet - this was the day AFTER which delivery had been promised in the contract! I also got online and phoned the company. At this point my faith in Irish Parcels.ie began to be restored with a very professional response and further follow-up by the phone representative, who explained the background (delayed plane departure from Dublin) and indicated some kind of compensation would be made if I emailed in my complaint. So, here I am-looking forward to some kind of appropriate response. Assuming same, and taking everything into consideration, I will certainly use Irish Parcels.ie again; I believe that the effort to respond to an issue that in fairness was outside of its control will have been well handled, if an appropriate gesture can be made. Hope to use the company again in the future.

Although Irish Parcels couriers have a 97% on time delivery success rate, the service is unfortunately not guaranteed, only estimated. This is also stated in our Terms and Conditions.
