Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience with Irish Parcels. We are very sorry for any issues you have experienced with your Irish Parcels shipment. I can see that the item has not yet been collected. The reason for this is because, although the collection was attempted on the expected date, the driver noted that there were no goods available. I can see that this was then re-scheduled for later in the day, however, it does not appear that the collection went ahead. If the item was left unattended, with no contact available to hand the item over to the driver for collection, this may be why the collection failed, as it is at the driver's discretion as to whether unattended items will be collected. In many cases, they cannot do this for security reasons. We are more than happy to look into any issues or delays with your shipment, please contact our customer support team directly at info@irishparcels.ie and they will get straight back to you. Again, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

“I was happy at the pick up end but drop off was not to door probably due to remote location. However, we had to wait at a drop off point for 2 hours to get the parcel. Pick up and speed of parcels very good. Rate was reasonable”

“I was happy with the low cost of shipping but I was disappointed in that my parcel was not picked up on the day it was to be! After re-booking the parcel for pick up on another day I had to follow the pickup driver to three different locations so as to get the driver to accept my parcel. I had contacted GLS earlier to find out when their driver was going to pick up my parcel and I was given the drivers number. I contacted him and he informed me that he would be at least 2 hours getting to me. A half hour later he contacted me to say he was heading to my location! I informed him that I would be there in 15 minutes and he told me he would continue on the the next pick up! After contacting him again I asked where he was and to wait for me at the location!!! His response was to say he was very busy and couldn't wait!!! He was evasive as to where he was going to and I had to demand that he tell me!! This is not a very good scenario and I am very disappointed with the service given that the driver was not very accommodating and I had to chase after him to get my parcel accepted/collected. I had searched for a more cost effective service to ship parcels to customers in other countries but I'm wondering is it better to pay more for a reliable service than less for an unreliable one? Also, the pickup date on the confirmation was 23rd Oct 2017 and Delivery 24th Oct 2017....it now 30th Oct 2017 and my parcel has not been delivered yet!”

“Online booking experience was great, no problems however courier could only give me a 9am-6pm window for collection and it took me almost an hour on hold to make two phone calls to see could I get anything more definite. When it was delivered it was a day later than scheduled”
