“Amazing service! Cannot praise Irish Parcels enough. they were cheapest by far and what a service. Came to collect as planned and kept in contact with driver who was so helpful at all times. Will use again! My husband didn't hear them when they arrived so they rang `me and on my instructions picked up parcel for me.”

“The process was quick and easy, with a speedy response from customer service to my initial questions. Although the parcel wasn’t collected by the outsourced courier service on the day it was supposed to be, customer service again performed brilliantly in arranging collection for the next day - and the parcel was delivered within 24 hours! We would definitely use this service again.”

“My order got cancelled without anyone contacting me! The only reason I knew to check the status was when the person I was to receive the goods from messaged me to say that the package hadn't been collected. Extremely disappointed with Irish Parcels.”

“My Daughter lives in Hong Kong. It’s been so hard to post stuff over. Irish Parcels are fantastic. From the 1st telephone call they helped me to book online, I’m not very techy. The drivers who came to collect the box are so friendly and helpful too. And the box got there in 2 Days. My Daughter was delighted with all her stuff and it made me very happy too. So I’m going Irish Parcels all the way. Thank you”

“Customer service is good but execution is very poor. My parcel was collected 3 days after I ordered it to be collected, which led to me needing to reach into my own pocket to make up for the delay on delivery to my customers. I won’t be using this service again unfortunately.”

“We have been using Irish Parcels for all our imports and exports for some years now and I find the service excellent, any problems that do arise from time to time are dealt with very efficiently. unfortunately you can't control TNT any problems recently are down to them especially on the UK side. Price is obviously a factor and you certainly offer very competitive rates. We will continue to use your services.”

“My first time using Irish Parcels service this week, I sent a parcel from Dublin to Texas. It was collected from my home in the afternoon, and it arrived at my friends home in Texas 2 days later. Fantastic service from the first click (website support was first class), the guy who collected my parcel was extremely pleasant and efficient as well. Will certainly be using the service again and would recommend to friends easily.”
