“I have been disappointed with the collection of my Parcel over the last three months by DPD I have had to chase and be forced to wait in for two days at a time not knowing what time a courier would arrive. This service needs to improve and the receptionist at their Shannon Depot training in customer relations as very unhelpful.”

“Parcel was collected on time , tracking information was exact. Parcel delivered at the beginning of the delivery time window not the end. All signed for and constant updates on parcel progress via email. All in all a very swift safe and not as expensive as I thought , was quite surprised by cost for a heavy 30kg piece of flight cased equipment.”
