“No show on pickup 2 days in a row. Customer service just blame everything on the courier. Tell me its not guaranteed and tell me to review terms and conditions. Last time I'll be using them.”

“Paperwork too slow couldn’t print off my label for 24 hrs after I’d paid for collection and subsequently delayed pick up”

Dear Gillian, thank you for using Irish Parcels and for your feedback. I can see your order was placed and your labels were made available before collection. I can see we had to manually edit the town name in order to process the order on the couriers' system and this is why the labels were not automatically available. Most orders have the labels straight after booking. I can see that the order was delivered on time to the company in the UK. If there is anything else we can help with just let me know.

“Great to use Irish parcels. The easiest way to arrange for parcel collection to be delivered to anywhere in the world. Using Irish parcels is the best way to find the cheapest price in you parcel delivery. The only downside is that the tracking and delivery is only as good as the contracted parcel company. It would be helpful if Irish parcels can provide a ranking system of service delivery qualities of each of the contracted courier companies innorder for the user to make a choice on service delivery qualities snd not just ptice.”

“Very efficient service from Irish parcels. I sent a large box full of personal items to my daughter who moved to study in Kent during the third wave of Covid. It was superb and box picked up without issues and delivered 2 days later with a smile by DHL. So relieved because I was worried reading all the bad reviews of various courriers but Irish parcels was great”

“Site is good. Only ones sending to England. The customs forms and declaration form is confusing. Not the sites fault but there is a chat button for customs to help u if there’s any issues. Who’s is handy.”

“Sent two Parcels on to France Normal Delivery one to Germany Express French one Delivered days over the listed time ..but no problem German one states Delivered on Dec23 ...This is very confusing . No idea where we are with this one”

Dear Declan Waters, thank you for using Irish Parcels and for your feedback. I can see both your parcels have been delivered. The German shipment was delivered on 24th February (the tracking shows another shipment in Dec, nothing to do with your order, there is a message that says that TNT reuses tracking numbers so you can ignore that one). The second parcel to France was delivered also on the 24th of February. If you click your tracking for each shipment you can see the delivery time of your two parcels. The delivery time was 1-2 days longer than usual, and we do mention this when booking. I understand you were in touch with us yesterday so let us know if there is anything else we can do.
