“First time to use Irish Parcels and I was very happy. The parcel was collected on day as promised and was received in UK in good condition 2 or 3 days later. Also I received a discount for my first order so this was great value. I was encouraged to use Irish Parcels because they have a phone number - just in case! I have used Parcel2Go in the past and you have to contact them via Chat which is like pulling teeth. Their service is dreadful so well done to Irish Parcels - keep up the good work. I'll definitely use them again.”

“Absolutely delighted with Irish Parcels.ie. Only 2 days to get to west coast USA, right from my front door in the middle of nowhere. Now I can totally relax knowing my parcel got there in plenty of time for Christmas. All for the best price available. And, the courier driver was a perfect gentleman. Thank you.”

“My package didn't get collected next day. I called and Aaron answered the phone and sorted everything out. Parcel collected the day after and all sorted. Exceptional service and really professional, exceeded my expectations Will use you next time I have a parcel to send”

“Not completely satisfied due to numerous excuses given to parcel collections. Also had an issue with one on my parcels being returned to the seller for packaging purchases where the driver did not comply with company policy's and regulations..”

Although the vast majority of our collections and deliveries take place on the expected date, we recognise that unforeseen issues may cause delays. I can see that Aaron from our customer support team followed this up to ensure that this was collected. We're also very sorry that your item was returned to sender - unfortunately, if the courier deems the packaging of an item to be unsuitable or unsafe, this can mean that they will return this to the sender. I can see that Aaron re-booked this under a new tracking number, and the collection is due to go ahead today. Again, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. “This was my first time to use Irish Parcels as a private customer and I am happy with the service I received. Bonus for me was the collection from my door on the requested day , and the pleasant attitude of the staff I dealt with. They could have highlighted better that you had to print off two copies of the address label: I printed one off to stick on the parcel, but was under the impression they were going to email me a copy of that to hand to the collection driver. However he sorted that out.”

“Very good service, quick and fair price. Only one bad thing need to be mentioned, I was waiting for a pickup all day and nobody show up, I haven't been adviced about any delay, so I had to call to enquiry during late evening and they rescheduled the collection for me the day after.”

“irish parcels have been very good ive used them in the past, however the carrier of the goods GLS couriers did not collect the scheduled parcel from my home. i waitied in all day fro 9am-6pm. i couldnt get throught to GLS on the phone and nobody called me regarding failed pick up. the following day i had to drive 40 mins to take my parcel to the depot myself. here they generated a new label. to my dismay when i checked the tracking - GLS had inputted the reason for the parcel not being collected from my home as '' pick up failed due to the items to be picked up were not ready and packed'' . id like to say that irish parcels have been great and gave me relevant numbers to call and tried to resolve the problem of why it did not get collected but i think you need to get a more reliable carrier for your goods.”
