Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry for the issues you experienced with your shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any time-slots for collections on any of our services, as we do not offer a timed service. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, all collections and deliveries take place between 8am and 7pm. We are also very sorry if any items sent with Irish Parcels were damaged - this is something that is extremely rare and we regret that this happened in your case. “DPD were 24 hours late picking up the parcel - there was no sense of urgency, no apologies. I have since tried to track the parcel and guess what - I can't! I have no confidence that my parcel will ever get to it's destination - depending on a wing and a prayer isn't the best way to conduct my business!”

Although the vast majority of our collections and deliveries take place on the expected date, we recognise that unforeseen issues may cause delays. I can see that a member of our customer support team rescheduled this collection for the following day. We are also very sorry that you were unable to track your order. You may track this using your DPD tracking number (53855206). From this information, I can see that this was successfully delivered on the 25th of November. “This was my first order with Irish parcels and though I listed the object as a painting, I received no notification that you would be unable to guarantee the condition of the painting upon deliivery until the driver mentioned then when he came to collect the object. Two messages on your messages went unanswered (I coulnt call as I was overseas at the time). I am still waiting for my refund to be processed, after being requested a week ago. Not a positive experience.”

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for the issues you experienced with this order. In our Terms and Conditions, we provide a detailed list of prohibited and non-compensation items - paintings are listed under non-compensation items. With such items, we advise packaging these as securely as possible, as although they are taken care of during transit, they are sent through a standard courier network alongside other heavy and large items and we advise that these are sent at your own risk. I can see that Anthony from our customer support team has now requested this refund, and so it should be issued shortly. Again, we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused. “I send parcels every day but was limited as to where to send etc as so many different companies Irish parcels has brought the lot together and you have all your different prices and can give options to the customer It's all online and you don't need to go anywhere Outstanding service for any small business owner It will further my business so much Thanks”

“yes, I was fully satisfied with the service. Collecting driver was here early, and phoned in advance, which suited me as I was fearful I'd be waiting around for a couple of hours. Would use the service again without checking alternatives. Paddy O'Reilly”

This is also to ensure that if there are ever any issues, we can easily contact the customer regarding this. “First time using Irish Parcels at the start a problem booking my fault.Van driver that collected parcel was brilliant he made live very easy. He did not have to make a phone call for directions he landed at door. It arrived on time and in good condition. Brilliant service definitely will use again.”
