“Thanks for easy to use website that only took a minute to calculate rates.! Our parcel was collected and delivered on the correct days. We are very happy with your service and have already recommended it on to someone else. We will be happy to use irishparcels again.”

“irish parcels have been very good ive used them in the past, however the carrier of the goods GLS couriers did not collect the scheduled parcel from my home. i waitied in all day fro 9am-6pm. i couldnt get throught to GLS on the phone and nobody called me regarding failed pick up. the following day i had to drive 40 mins to take my parcel to the depot myself. here they generated a new label. to my dismay when i checked the tracking - GLS had inputted the reason for the parcel not being collected from my home as '' pick up failed due to the items to be picked up were not ready and packed'' . id like to say that irish parcels have been great and gave me relevant numbers to call and tried to resolve the problem of why it did not get collected but i think you need to get a more reliable carrier for your goods.”

“By far the cheapest solution for a 10kg parcel from Ireland to Germany. GLS actually picked up and delivered the parcel. GLS wanted nearly twice the price when I went direct to their website!!!??? Irish Parcels are a little more expensive than my regular couriers for Irish deliveries though.”

“Seeing the delivery truck leave my work place tech. park, I knew that I had just missed the parcel pickup. I rang Irish Parcels and they were very helpful and gave me the contact details of the courier company. I rang the company and they gave me the details of the driver. I rang the driver and within 30 minutes, the truck was back outside and I got a call on my mobile. I was Happy! Great Service from all parties. Thanks.”

“I was happy with the service overall. It may help other customers to state the parcel should ideally be placed in a box on the website for collection and delivery if this is a requirement which would make the service more efficient and easier to manage overall.”

Thank you very much for your review, Patricia. We do advise in our FAQs that you can use your own boxes/packaging as long as it is suitable to safely transport your items in. Boxes are not strictly a requirement on our services, however, we do recommend them. We also advise that we do not accept suitcases/bags as packaging. We hope this helps. “We had made a booking and the item was to be picked up on Thursday the 24th, it wasn't and no communication from anyone. On Friday there was no collection either and only when we phoned Irish Parcels to be told that they would re-arrange for collection on last Monday. The package was collected on Monday but no real apology from anyone from Irish Parcels”

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for the issues you experienced with your collection. Although the vast majority of our collections and deliveries take place on the expected date, we recognise that unforeseen issues may cause delays. As we handle a high volume of shipments daily, unfortunately, we are unable to monitor each individual shipment. We rely on customers contacting us if a collection fails so that we may work to resolve this, as collections that fail are not automatically re-booked. This is advised in our Terms and Conditions.
