“Ordered a parcel pickup for thursday last week for which i paid. Now its tuesday the following week, and they still havent picked it up. The order was for a GLS pick up and when i mailed customer service they told me DHL would pick it up. I am not sure if they know what they are doing and frankly i am considering paying someone else to get the job done.”

Thank you for your feedback, Finn. We're very sorry for the issue with your collection, it is very rare that items are not collected on the expected date. To avoid such situations, we always advise customers to contact us immediately if the shipment is not collected on the expected day.
