my parcel is almost 10 days late and I pay the price for express delivery I will never work with this company again and I will make sure that nobody that I know come near this website

I can see that your shipment experienced a slight delay coming over from the USA, and has since been requested to be delivered after a specific date. From the tracking, I can see that the expected delivery date is the 4th of January. Again, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. DPD were 24 hours late picking up the parcel - there was no sense of urgency, no apologies. I have since tried to track the parcel and guess what - I can't! I have no confidence that my parcel will ever get to it's destination - depending on a wing and a prayer isn't the best way to conduct my business!

I can see that a member of our customer support team rescheduled this collection for the following day. We are also very sorry that you were unable to track your order. Had a family member wait at home in France for three consecutive days for the parcel to be collected. No contact at all from IrishParcel as to why it wasn't collected each day. Very disappointing. Cancelled the order and found another company. Shambles.

Although the vast majority of our collections take place on the expected date, we recognise that occasionally unforeseen issues may cause delays. Unfortunately your item was not collected on the expected date as it was a public holiday in France, and unfortunately our couriers do not operate on public holidays. We are very sorry about this. I can see that Jodie from our customer support team was in correspondence with you via email to keep you updated with regards to the situation. Unfortunately Jodie was assured by our courier after following up on this that the collection would go ahead on the next working day. However, on this occasion the driver did run out of time. As our service not time-guaranteed, only estimated, unfortunately this was something that was beyond our control. Again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Its service was a total mess,started from that they missed my collection, their online tracking wasn't working, nor their agent knew anything about my collection for the first 24 hours. Then I was told by their management in the email saying that their service was not time guranteedI and its not the diver's responsibility to contact- phone ccustomers for collection. What's kind of courier service is that? Why we pay loads extra for not granted time line service?? I totally lost words, Lesson learned, I would rather pay a bit extra for other better courier servive such as DHL or even Irish post for a cheap price with no collection. Now I have to spend another an hour to write 4th email to their management on top of 5 hours communication all in all.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for the issues that you experienced with your shipment. As advised by our customer support team via email correspondence, the courier attempted collection on the expected date, however was unable to collect as no one was available to hand the item over to the driver. As we handle an extremely high volume of shipments on a daily basis, we cannot individually monitor each one, and so we rely on the customer getting in touch with us in order to seek a resolution to the issue. It is for this reason that we advise in our Terms and Conditions, which are agreed to at booking, that our service is not time-guaranteed, only estimated. We also cannot guarantee that the driver will call upon their arrival, as not all drivers have access to mobile phones for work purposes due to security and safety reasons. Again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and we regret that you do not intend to use our services again. I can see that a full refund has been issued for this failed collection. Parcel was to be delivered on 19th October 2016. To date, it still has not been delivered and items in the paracel were needed for today, 20th.

From the tracking information, I can see that your shipment experienced a delay when travelling through customs clearance. As advised by our team member Anthony, unfortunately we are unable to factor customs clearance into our estimated transit times as this is something that is out of our control. I cannot see that you were in touch with our customer support team with regards to the unsuccessful collection - as we handle an extremely high volume of shipments every week, unfortunately we are unable to individually monitor each and every one. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, I'm afraid we are are not notified when a collection fails, and so we rely on the customer getting in touch so that we may work to seek a resolution to the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. First parcel we asked for change of address. could not be done even before collection. we then had to make a new booking with new address and new Label and after collection advise Irish parcel to cancel the old booking with wrong address. Irish Parcels cancelled the wrong booking. Parcel went missing for a week. was then without consultation returned to sender. Contents all broken up. We Then made a New Booking for a replacement parcel , Never got confirmation on the internet from the booking. emailed Irish Parcels Quote "yes there is a small problem with the IT system confirmation will follow " Off course it never came. Still do not know this date if it Was collected or delivered on our behalf as there is no way without a reference to track it. Therefore can not rate Irish Parcels anything but very Poor Rene Wubben Emerald Cargo Systems Waterford 051-820008

Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry for the issues you experienced with your shipment. Unfortunately when a booking has been made, it cannot be altered once it has been processed and a tracking number issued - this is stated in our Terms and Conditions. For this reason, we were unable to change the address on your original booking. I can see that the original collection date chosen was the 30th of August, and you re-booked for collection on the 31st of August. As the items were handed over to the driver on the original collection date, instead of the new collection date, the driver did not have this new information on his manifest, and so the items were collected under the incorrect tracking number and forwarded to the incorrect address. This resulted in the items being returned to sender. Our courier was then required to cancel the collection booked for the 31st, as there was then nothing to collect. We stipulate that, even if a collection is re-booked for an alternative date, the driver may still attempt collection on the original date as this is likely to have already been issued to their manifest for that day. In this instance, we strongly advise turning the driver away. We ask customers to ensure that items are handed over to the courier only on the collection date chosen at booking to avoid any issues with the shipment. We hope that this offers an explanation for these issues. I can see that your most recent order with Irish Parcels was successfully collected and delivered. We're very sorry that you did not receive the tracking information via email - this was caused by a slight technical issue. However, this information is available by logging into your Irish Parcels account on our website. We're also very sorry if any items sent with Irish Parcels were damaged. Damage is extremely rare on any of our services, and we regret that this happened in your case. Please email us with photos and details of the damage and we will look into this further. I have taken a look into the tracking information and can see that TNT attempted this delivery on the expected delivery date, however were unable to deliver as no one was present at the delivery address. Since I have written an extensive complaint, I'm amused I've been asked to write a review too. It's hard to give a good review to a company that doesn't turn up, lies about whether they did turn up or not, and then arrive to collect the parcel on a different day, AFTER the order has been cancelled.

Ordered a parcel pickup for thursday last week for which i paid. Now its tuesday the following week, and they still havent picked it up. The order was for a GLS pick up and when i mailed customer service they told me DHL would pick it up. I am not sure if they know what they are doing and frankly i am considering paying someone else to get the job done.
