the holiday was excellent and your service was very good. I would add that where you were relying on the local agent (Young Esates) matters were not quite as well managed. In particular, (i) the local agent failed to properly organise the nanny we had specifically asked for. In fact, we were expecting two full- time professional nannies. In reality, no one arrived on day 1 and on day 2 and for the rest of the week we had an unqualified but lovely girl to help. She needed quite a lot of help from the house staff to cope. In the end it didn't interfere with the enjoyment of our holiday but it could have been a bit of a disaster. (ii) Secondly, with regard to the invoices issued by Young Estates - I consider that the local agent's communication regarding these was not satisfactory. We were presented with substantial bills on the final day without any detailed breakdown or warning. In the end, I insisted that the agent visit the house (which she did in the hour before we left for the airport) to answer my queries and agree certain adjustments. But overall there should have been much better, more frequent and more comprehensive communication from Young Estates. Perhapa their agent was inexperienced and we still had a lovely holiday. The actual staff in the house were excellent. I am not holding Islcommunivcation. T0 and agree with them with me but i think it woudl have been

Our 10 day stay was excellent!! We had no complaints. Staff on site were excellent. If there was an issue our emails and texts were returned timely. The accommodation was as described and the pictures were accurate.

We booked a villa in Thailand. We were a bit unsure about the process, as this was our first time using Isle Blue. I must say from beginning to end it was a fantastic experience. They were very responsive and available for our inquires. They were patient as well. As stated, we were concerned with sending payment not having used the company before. They explained things and helped us with setting up the logistics. The trip was also planned last min, approx. two weeks lead time. The villa was amazing. Everything was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed and our kids had the best time. The villa staff were so professional and accommodating. They had several pool toys ready to go for our three children. We were given kayaks and also offered movie night set up outside. We had the most amazing time. There were so many great moments and memories made. Everything was so seamless and smooth. From the pickup at the airport to the full staff welcome when we arrived, and departed. I will say, booking through Isle Blue is a bit more in cost, as opposed to going directly through the property, but not by much. We would use Isle Blue again as they were great to work with. Thank you!

Kudos to Isle Blue for responsiveness and thoughtful service. Our concierge and housekeeper were first-rate and helped to make our visit to St. Martin (the second) a success. Isle Blue's network for transportation, provisions and catering was amazing! Thank you so much.

The folks at Isle Blue could not have been more helpful. Anything we needed was taken care of immediately and our stay was spectacular. We would use Isle Blue in the future

We have had a good experience booking thru Isle Blue and we recommend it. We give a 5 Stars for the booking process and the villa we stayed. However we give a 3 Stars for the Concierge (before arrival not on site). The concierge service is advertised as: "Once your villa reservation is confirmed, a concierge will contact you to initiate planning and logistics for an easy and worry free experience." No one contacted us. We had to reach out. Then the concierge service was not as we would have expected it. Our review below is mainly based on the booking and the villa not the (before arrival) concierge.

Good day Greg, Thank you for your feedback. We greatly appreciate any comments to improve our guest experience. Our concierge team reaches out to the head guest about 30 days prior to arrival. A review of your file indicates that our concierge was engaged with your wife (the head guest) with the vacation planning. We send a series of emails and prompts to assist with your planning. Our concierge team is always available. I'm sorry if we missed the mark on this occasion. We hope to welcome you back in the future. We have the option for guests to "opt in" on all email concierge communications that are sent to the head guest.

We had a fantastic time at our Crete Villa! Isle Blue was on top of everything and very easy to work with. Isle Blue will be the first place I look when booking accommodations for my next vacation!

Overall a great experience and a trip of a lifetime. We had a complex itinerary with multiple parties arriving at Geneva and returning on different days. My only suggestion is that there could have been more communication on the transfer arrangements, it would have been nice to have a phone number to call for each of the transfers (we had two inbound and four outbound transfers). Because of our travel needs we arrived on Friday and had to spend a night in a hotel in Tignes before transferring to our Chalet Snowy Breeze on Saturday. I asked for transfer arrangements to be made for Saturday and was told they were arranged, but at the last minute was advised to just ask the hotel to call us a taxi. It turns out on Saturday all the taxis are prebooked for transfers, and there were no taxis available at all. We took our luggage to the bus station in Tignes, and were extremely lucky to find that a single bus ran on Saturday from Tignes to Val D'Isere at 6 pm. We were able to get our entire party of 9 people plus all our luggage on board and eventually got to our chalet. Our travel plans were complicated and mostly handled well, but the transfer from Tignes to Val D'Isere should have been better handled.

We utilized Isle Blue to book an amazing Chalet in Val d' sere, France. The process was seamless from start to finish. We were met by the property manager at the Chalet to take us on a tour of the amenities. We were also greeted with a welcome pack of local products and a refrigerator stocked with champagne.

Isle Blue was wonderful from start to finish. Eddie answered all of our questions pre-booking. Areti was wonderful with pre-planning and Mia was excellent on site. I would definitely book through Isle Blue again.

The Isle Blue staff was top-notch! Responsive, pleasant. Areti was awesome. On the day of arrival, we had some travel glitches before we left the US resulting in changes in our arrival. But she was in constant contact and made sure it all worked out.

The process was mostly smooth and went well except for when we were billed a service fee for our last payment by credit card that we were not aware of - it was $160. This was not clear when we made the initial payment and reservation. The concierge services did not go as well as we thought with pre-stocking and car rental.

We had a family reunion of sorts... my wife and I, our two adult daughters and spouses and two small grandchildren aged 4 and 1. The house is beautiful with more than enough space for all of us. The pool was great--- very clean and well-maintained! We took advantage of both the canoe and paddle board. We took the canoe across to the other side of the bay where there was a great chance to explore the plant and animal life! The water is best for those activities, less so for swimming. The beach area was very clean and nice. There are some very nice beaches very close by also. One thing to keep in mind is that there may very well be a surcharge for air conditioning-related electricity usage. We were thoughtful (though not obsessional) about our AC usage, making sure to turn it off at night (We were there in March and the nighttime temp was pretty cool... no need for A/C.) At check out, there was an $85 surcharge based on our usage at the end of a one-week stay. (The concierge comes over at check out time to check the meter.)
