“We needed to replace the CUE unit in our 2016 Cadillac SRX. We priced the product from a local dealership and were apprehensive about spending the amount of money quoted - for the parts and labor. We subsequently obtained a quote from a local automotive shop. The cost was less, but still more than we wanted to spend. Ultimately, we researched and found ISS Automotive and the exact module we needed for our vehicle. Their price saved us $600! We were a bit apprehensive, but ordered the part for our local automotive shop to install. The part arrived quickly and was well packed. We were also very pleased that the part is an exact match to our previous factory-installed unit and is working great!”

“This is an excellent company. They help proficiently from an easily navigable web site to their Customer Service. Very knowledgeable staff from my experience. No problem ordering, delivery was quick and accurate and they have a really unrestricted return policy. VERY satisfied.”

“Ordered a replacement QUE infotainment system for my Cadillac SRX. Ordering was very easy and the part showed up quickly. The unit was plug and play and works flawlessly as my factory unit should. The only thing I would add is maybe a YouTube link with instructions for removal and replacement for the novice mechanics. Otherwise, I have no recommendations as it was pretty awesome service. Thanks ISS!”

“First day I called and talked to the customer service about my old cluster. At first I had no idea how to send my cluster in to be repaired. So I finally got that part straighted out. The new cluster looks awesome with the updated LED blue lights. Later they actually had written me and inspected the old cluster. The soldier joints were all very weak and they stated these are common for a 20 year old vehicled caused from all the vibrations.”
