“I was able to have the CUE system replaced in my wife's car for less than 1/3 of what the dealer asked. That includes installation. Great deal.”

“I purchased a throttle response controller, which I thought was a bit gimmicky after installation, and they had no issues taking the product back - however, they do charge a 20% restocking fee... which in my opinion is absurd, but other than that I couldn't complain even if I wanted to.”

“I purchased a rebuilt gauge cluster from ISS for my 2003 Duramax, what a difference, now all lights and gauges work like new. Shipping was fast and the gauge cluster was securely packed in the shipping box. The return of my old gauge cluster was easy with the return pre-postage paid label. Best investment I made in years. ISS delivers great service.”

“I sent my instrument cluster to be fixed.When I got it back, the prnd123 and odometer light stayed on all the time. It drained the batteries. I had to send it back and get it fixed, again. Recently the speedometer and tachometer stopped working, then started again. I am afraid to send it out again”

“I ordered an instrument cluster for my 2003 GMC truck, The first one they sent had some programming issues that they missed. But I called customer service and Jan in customer service took care of everything right away and I received it the next day and everything went well with the installation! it's been working Great! I would buy from them again if I had any issues with electronics or instruments!”

“Great Product! It is a perfect OEM replacement. It makes my 2005 Chevy Silverado Dash look like it did when it was a brand-new truck. Worth every penny. The only mistake I made was that I did not take into consideration that the lead time was going to be 2 weeks. (Even with paying for the expediting fee) I should have added a couple of thousand miles to the odometer count I listed on the order form. Unless you can park your vehicle while waiting, estimate about 2 weeks of your driving mileage. I will order again from ISS Automotive!”
