“The remanufactured unit worked flawlessly. Response time seems quicker and more accurate. Literally took me 30 minutes to swap out. I bought the new head unit and the tools to remove and reinstall the replacement. Between their instructions and a video I found online, it was a piece of cake. The protective packaging was well designed and securely returned my old unit as a core.”

“The screen on my 2014 Caddy ATS quit working and eventually crazed. Some product. Well, I like the car and it is low mileage so I figured I would get it fixed. The dealer wanted two grand which quenched my desire to get it fixed. I found a site that showed how to remove and replace just the screen of the console. This approach scared me off as too subject to error. Then I found the ISS site which showed a fairly straightforward swap-out procedure. As it turned out my ATS was easier to swap than the example on their site. I spent mavbe30 minutes. To my delight the thing works perfectly and I am thrilled.”

“A Canadian friend had bought a US truck afew years ago and has had a lot od issues with windows, speedo etc and he could not find a replacemeng. I sent one text to your firm and within 10 days you had forwarded a new unit to me in AZ and i inturn sent it back to Canada. The support dept gave us an additional 17 day grace period to return the old core and it was sent out today Feb 2/23. As I understand it all works well except for a small issue with the odometer which we are confident will be cured with a cll to customer service at ISS. Thanks. PD”

“Rebuilt instrument cluster for my 03 Trailblazer came just as ordered. Very well done. It even fixed my issue with a battery drain. Blue leds with blue needles are great. Never again will I get something like this from a junk yard that created more issues and money. Thank you ISS.”
