“You could have been dishonest with me and charged me the whole amount and I wouldn't have known. Instead you charged a simple fee for a piece of tape put over a light. Very happy with service”

“Purchased a refurbished 2nd row entertainment system. Was as described and works like its brand new. Also fast shipping and had return labels in the box for the core return. Has an awesome guarantee also. Please doing business with such a professional organization. Would definitely recommend them”

“I was not pleased with the HVAC controller I recieved. My understanding is that ISS either produce or reman their products. Instead I received a Doreman HVAC controller. Doreman makes a terrible product. I've gone through two of their controllers in the last three years. My first controller lasted about a year, and my second controller has had issues since I replaced it. Doreman refused to replace the controller a second time after warrantying the first controller. The factory HVAC controller is no longer available, so I was really excited when I found what I thought was another option. I would not have wasted my money had I known what product was being sold. I feel like I was deceived by false advertisement. I looked multiply times and could not find any information indicating that they sold Doreman products. When I went to return the product, I had to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee. ISS did reduce the restocking fee but I still lost money. I know options are limited for these controllers, but I'd recommend looking elsewhere.”

“I must say, they did everything they said would be done to the cluster. They replaced the plastic lens and cleaned it well before re-attaching. All guages are working very well.”

“Very pleased with their service. I, actually, ordered the wrong model and was called to verify what I needed. They changed it and sent me the correct part. Installation was simple as was sending back my core. Great customer service.”

“I followed the instructions! 1. Had my mechanic remove unti. 2. Sent unit to ISS 3. Received replacement unit 4. Had my mechanic install unit 5. All is good! I now have a usable radio, etc. 6. Thank you very much”

“Replacement Instrument Cluster for my 2004 Chevy Truck was correct and has been working perfectly so far (about 2 months). Reason for knocking off a star is, while I ordered the correct cluster with the part number of the old online, the customer service representative that called and verified I had ordered it correctly kept insisting I had incandescent bulbs and they are LEDs, as are any clusters near that year Chevy Truck, so was worried that the company didn't know my vehicle. However the cluster that arrived was correct, very nicely rebuilt (with LEDs) and working great so far.”
