“Recently replaced a Cadillac Vue touch screen/ console. Couldn’t get a fixed tray out of my core unit. Decided I’d have to go without in replacement unit. Returned core, then unexpectedly received that tray back from ISS. Well done!”

“Very pleased with the new '7.5 Chevy Duramax instrument cluster. Shipment was quick and the module well packaged. Technical help was a phone call away, and the company stands behind the product. I sent back the core with the prepaid UPS label and now have lifetime warranty on the new cluster. Good company, good product, and good people!”

“I ordered a cluster gauge for my 2004 chevrolet silverado and was the best decision I made yes I was worried about the price but once I installed the cluster I was beyond pleased with how it finally worked like it should thanks again ISS for making a great cluster gauge would recommend to any one”

“ISS Automotive Solutions offered an extremely affordable price for the dashboard cluster, as well as an additional 15% savings coupon. Delivery was prompt and as promised. Installation was without incident and the warranty provided upon return of the replaced part is excellent. Communication was excellent and offers to follow up as needed explicitly written. I would highly recommend parts from this vendor.”

“Purchased a cluster for my 06 sierra, quality was great cluster still works perfectly, product was packaged nicely to ensure no damaged, only problem I had was it took almost 1 and half before it was shipped out, other than that was happy with new cluster.”

Hi Gage, I reviewed your comment and the order. I think there is a misunderstanding on your part. Please review our FAQ and expected time https://issautomotive.com/pages/faqs Our shipping happens M-F only. We also have a 48-72 hrs engineering queue (M-F) to get the cluster built and programmed. I see you ordered on Sunday April 25th. This was mailed in under 72 hrs on Wednesday which falls in our service level. I also see you selected ground shipping for 2-7 days. This means the max target date would be May 7th. According to UPS tracking number 1Z8849764494873145 you got this on May 4th at 2pm. Total turn around and shipping took about 6.5 days. This is all well with in reasonable time to get you a fully rebuild older vehicle cluster by our manufacturing team. I am sorry that you disagree, but your expectations simply don't match our FAQ and what we have posted on our website. Please know we do try our best. I hope that you would kindly reconsider updating your rating since we 100% met our service level agreement.

“I was having some issues with my stock TV in my 2015 Tahoe. After some research came across ISS Automotive and ordered a new one. They had great communication beginning to end, shipping and packaging were excellent, and returning my old unit to get the warranty on the new one was seamless! Would order again from them in a heartbeat and have already referred them to others.”

“Your replacement instrument panel for my 2007 Yukon arrived in perfect shape. It fit perfectly and operates perfectly. It is wonderful to know how fast I am going [especially in school zones and radar traps]. The speedo has not worked in over a decade. All the other functions work right also. Now I can check my mpg, trip odometer, and all the other info available on the screen. THANK YOU!”
