“I ordered an instrument cluster for my truck. It was shipped quickly but UPS didn't deliver it on time. I emailed ISS customer service and Sara called me within half an hour working to track the package and resolve the situation. She was awesome! They immediately sent me a replacement and dealt with UPS, themselves, to find the lost package. I installed my new cluster and I love it!”

“I did a Google search about some electrical problems I had been having with my vehicle and came upon the ISS website. I had been struggling with my battery going dead for months, having my vehicle at several mechanics' shops, sometimes for weeks, with nobody able to figure out what was causing the draw. The ISS website suggested it could be my gauge cluster and how to determine if that was the culprit. I ordered a new cluster, and I can finally trust my vehicle again! Thanks, guys!”

“ISS Automotive Solutions is AWESOME! My rear video display in my 2015 Chevy Tahoe wasn’t working. I took my vehicle into the Chevy dealership and they quoted me $800. So, I went to a few car stereo shops in town and they also quoted me between $800-900. I gave up and decided to just search the Internet. ISS was the first website I opened. It was so easy, I put my VIN number in and found a refurbished rear entertainment display for $275!! I was sold!! It works great, installation was a breeze! Thank you ISS for refurbishing parts so it can be affordable. But also thank you for having a warranty with the parts you refurbish!! I’ve already told several people about your website!”

“I purchased a replacement instrument panel for my 2004 GMC Siera truck. I was suprised and very happy about the courtesy and professionalism by everyone I spoke with. I received my replacement a day earlier than it was scheduled for delivery and it took me about 10 minutes to replace the panel. Everything worked perfectly so I am a very satisfied customer and will use them and recommend them to my friends. Thanks for your service Sincerely Mike Phillips”
