“I ordered an Instrument panel for my 2004 H2 Hummer. The part came fast and well protected. It looked like a brand new panel. Everything works perfect. “I purchased a new cluster for my 2004 SSR and I have to say the gauges work great however the blue light background is very uneven in lighting. I contacted the team at ISS and they bent over backwards to make sure I was completely satisfied. They sent me an exchange unit before noon the next day. This is superior customer satisfaction. Hats off to a great team at ISS. I found ISS on the SSRfanatic site and will be promoting your team there as well at the shop that I manage. Thanks, Ken P. “2013 Cadillac xts came in with a broken screen/cue, customer had estimates from dealer. “I was exploring options online one night on how to replace the radio/ cd player unit for my vehicle. The cd player stopped working a while ago. I came across ISS Automotive. It was is a very easy website to work with and to the point. Ordering the unit was simple and was exactly what I was looking for and at a good price. The people at ISS communicated with me when I had questions also. They got back to me within 20 to 30 minutes most of the time. Great job all! Thanks....”

Hello Mwema, I am sorry for the confusion. We have our return policy on our website under returns policy => https://issautomotive.com/pages/returns-exchanges. This can be found at bottom of website "Returns" or under "About ISS". We have a 20% restocking fee due to shipping costs on our side, labor, and handling. I am sorry this was not made more clear on the product page. We will add a note to our pages to help in the future.
