“I ordered and received a rebuilt infotainment module for my Cadillac. Once I bought my own pry tool, it was very simple to replace this unit. ISS was recommended by my Dad who was familiar with their parts. I am very pleased at the outcome and quality of the part. I just had to plug and go! Thank you also for the warranty.”

“I recently replaced my 2005 Hummer H2 cluster with a rebuilt cluster and LED lighting. Almost all of the lights were not working in my old cluster and one of the gauges wasn't working properly either. ISS was great with their communication and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. What a difference being able to see my dash at night.”

“CUE replacement. Shipping was slow! UPS shipping was canceled twice at the ISS location. I called both times to ISS before it was shipped. Installation video on website was not accurate. Video shows removing six screws on dash by windshield and then and poping dash out on the front side with clips. I was unable to “Pop the dash out” I called tech help at ISS with zero help – the lady told me to look at other YouTube videos???? There were 23 screws holding the front dash on – if I were to have followed ISS video, I would have ruined the dash.”

Thomas, sorry you had this experience. More importantly... if the unit is not working please reach out. Given the ice storms across the USA there was delays by UPS and they likely changed shipping numbers internally which caused issues. This is out of our control. Also, we don't provide install instructions for all vehicles. Its not possible for us to do that. The one in the video was accurate, but different from your make and model. We recommend YouTube since it is a great source for research if you want to avoid using a repair shop. If you need help installing then our team should have recommend that you go to a local repair shop to avoid any issues like ruining your dash. as mentioned. We assume customers ordering will do some self research if swapping out parts on their own. UPS will sometimes send a cancel email, but all they are doing to changing the shipping number... it's unlikely it was actually canceled. This can cause some confusion. Sorry about that. I do hope the part is working well.

“Order a instrument Cluster with all correct parts numbers need over $250 and still receive the wrong part. Now, have to pay another 286.00 for correct part to be installed. Really sucks.”

“I want to "Thank" everybody at ISS for the exceptional service and quality of product ordered. From the extremely friendly and knowledgeable lady who answered the phone and walked me thru the order to the fast delivery and quality of the product and the packaging and instructions making everthing so easy and rewarding when you're done. “When the CUE system went out in my car I thought I had no choice but a big bill at the dealership. I was able to purchase a replacement and my husband was able to install it with minimal difficulty. So happy I found ISS Automotive Solutions! It works great and saved me a ton of money!!”

“I purchased a 2005 Silverado 4X4 2500 HD a few years ago. I knew it needed mechanical and electrical attention and was very excited to learn that ISS was just a 30 minute drive away. I ordered the cluster, drove to the location in Bonney Lake, saw the facility and knew that the cluster would be correct and right. What I didn't know was that a really great warranty came with it. The new cluster works as it should from the factory, thanks to the technicians. I'm very pleased that my little project was met with great results. Thanks ISS.”

“The Instrument panel for my 2004 Silverado arrived quickly and safely.It fixed the issue I was having with high beam indicator staying on all the time. Pricing on the panel was very reasonable compared to having it done in Hampton Roads , Va. Having life time warranty is a major plus.Thanks to ISS for this product.”
