“Replacement CUE unit worked perfectly. Had an issue initially and ISS helped me trouble shoot the problem (Bad HMI). A completely different component. Replaced that and everything worked perfectly! Their price was less than a junkyard replacement and comes with a lifetime warranty!”

“I bought a product that had an intermittent issue . Iss was was top notch with the exchange. Customer service live person. They send tracking so you know where it all is. My replacement cluster perfect. Will buy again. I loaded 2 pics first light out 2nd all light working”

“ISS was great because I called before I made any purchases. They did not get to convince me to buy anything, but gave the the resources and tools to realize I could replace this component on my own and it worked out wonderfully! It saved me a ton of money that I didn’t want to spend on an almost 20 year old car. Thank you! Women can do these things too!!”

“I purchased the shift power throttle response controller in hopes to minimize or reduce the accelerator lag on my Jeep wrangler. Unfortunately the controller did not do this. The controller actually causes the vehicle to accelerate too much causing burn outs extremely easy, even on the lowest setting with dynamic setting on exponential. I now do not use the controller, pretty much a waste of money.”

“Installed for two weeks. Works as advertised. Plugging it in was a pain. Finally removed the panel below the steering wheel to see the plug on the pedal assembly. That made it easier. Like the graphics on the app. Shows real time throttle signal modification as you drive. The ability to adjust the idle rpm higher for winching would be a great addition. ISS, that’s known as a hint.”
