“I purchased a new gauge cluster for my 03 Tahoe. I have been dealing with the original bad cluster for the past five years and finally broke down and bought a new one. Very happy with the product. Turnaround time and delivery as promised. I am not one usually to write reviews, but when people provide an awesome service, I’m happy to pass it along.”

“I've had troubles with my cluster panel speedometer and gas gauge for years. I finally took it in to a shop. Cost me $250. I got it back with the cluster panel all working.. Or so I thought. The speedometer was not zeroed out, and after three thousand miles, my whole odometer zeroed out. Things were all crazy. I took it back to the shop. They told me it couldn't be fixed, they did not have the equipment. So they offered me a auto salvage cluster panel with 190,000 miles on it for $150. I declined. So I got on the internet. This was the first business to pop up. I filed out their forms, paid a great price, and within three days my truck was all fixed!! 😃 I highly recommend ISS Automotive business!!”

“I checked out a couple different sites for cluster replacement and ISS was the cheapest and easiest to order from. The return of the core was very simple as you just use the box your new one came in and the shipping label is suppied by ISS.”

“Customer service was outstanding. They're very knowledgeable of their product. The installation was easy with the instructions they gave. I unplugged my old instrument panels and plugged in the new one and it worked great. Only thing I have to say about is there a bit pricey with their "put you in front of the line fee# and shipping too. Otherwise great.”

“The company was very helpful. After they first initiatially fixed my instrument cluster it worked great. In a few days though the issues re-arised but they helped me to diagnose a separate issue non related to the cluster but to the body control module. I've been a tech for several years and believe I had two separate issues in the vehicle. The company gets 5 stars from me and i will use ISS again.”
