“ISS Automotive provided a much needed solution to my Cadillac QUE screen failure issue on my 2015 SRX. For less than $400 I was able to order the exact QUE unit from them, send them back my unit with the failed screen and get a lifetime warranty on top of it. My nephew put the new unit in for me in just over an hour and it looks like it has never been replaced. Plus they provided a prepaid shipping label for me to send the old unit back to them. They communicated clearly via email throughout the buying process. I highly recommend them!”

“I recently purchased a touchscreen for my Cadillac CTS. ISS had the perfect replacement part. I was nervous at first because the pricing was so good (around $350) while the dealership wanted to charge so much more (around $1400). Everything was just as ISS said it would be - excellent! You do have to return the old part, assuming so ISS can refurbish and resell, but ok, that’s what you’re signing up for. Return your old part in order to get your 100% lifetime warranty. Works out for everyone. Definitely recommended.”

“The entire experence of getting my 2003 tahoe instrument cluster replaced was quick, easy and painless. Especially liked the plug and play feature, keeping my milage, hours, and etc. Now I am enjoying being able to read info in english, no random scrolling, and updated program. Awesome product and service, THANKS!!”
