“Long story and I'm going to make it short. I went to a shop and asked how much would they charge to to install a new cluster. They told me it would be around 800 dollars to install. He said the cluster would be about 600 hundred and to 200 hundred to program.”

“Replacement instrument panel for my truck is working perfectly now. For about a year my guages were failing one after the other (6 altogether). Every gauge back to normal, even upgraded background lighting to green. Ordered, received return box w/new panel, replaced & shipped back old unit, got warranty notice all w/in a few days. Excellent service & product, fair price too. Couldn't be happier.”

“I ordered what it was supposed to be the replacement cd receiver for my 2010 chavy tahoe, the costumer service representative (Sara) helped me to order the right part. Unfortunately due to some modifications that the previous owner made to the truck, I wasn't able to use the new receiver. So I ended up sending back the new part back to ISS. Once again, Sara helped me through the whole process, she was so kind and helpful. Even though I couldn't use the part, the service was incredibly awesome!!”

“I ordered a replacement cluster and I was sent the wrong one. After I sent it back and was charged a restocking fee? I believe when I finished the order info it populated the wrong cluster that I selected. I have a 06 f150 fx4 A very nice lady Priscilla found that the part number had been changed. A reimbursement of the restocking fee would be nice. It probably will never happen. Good luck”

“Had my gauge cluster rebuilt. Originally I ordered on to be done as an exchange. Was quickly contacted that they were out of stock for my diesel truck. Sent them mine UPS took a week for it to get there but ISS got it back to me 2 days later. Everything works like new. Cannot recommend them enough.”
