“The process to order my new cluster and send back my core was easy and my refurbished instrument cluster looks and works great. I did have to wait a bit longer than desired because my specific cluster was in short supply. But the communication from ISS was good, their estimated wait time was on target. This is a great option if your instrument cluster is on the fritz.”

“I exchanged a faulty instrument cluster from my 2004 Silverado (with a parasitic current drain) for a reconditioned unit with an led backlighing upgrade. The removal and installation in the vehicle are simple and quick, and the cluster is performing flawlessly. No more battery charger needed! The shipping box made the return easy, with just shipping tape needed to repackage it.”

“Long story and I'm going to make it short. I went to a shop and asked how much would they charge to to install a new cluster. They told me it would be around 800 dollars to install. He said the cluster would be about 600 hundred and to 200 hundred to program.”
