“I LOVE MY NEW INSTRUMENT PANEL! IT LOOKS LIKE A NEW TRUCK WITH THE BEST ACCURACY IN ALL THE GAUGES AS WELL AS ALL THE LIGHTS WORKING! AWESOME IS ALL I CAN SAY!!! THANK YOU!!!”

“I recently ordered a replacement dash cluster for my 2004 Surburban. The entire process was easy. Once I entered my mileage information and changes in LED backlight (Upgrade), the order was confirmed. The company provided the prepaid return label for my old unit (core) and I simply placed mine back in the shipping box to send back. Installation was a breeze, easy plug and go! I received an email confirming that they had received my old one, and confirmed my warranty. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of a replacement unit or are looking to upgrade what you have!”

“I had my truck stolen last October, and they had damaged by cluster. Was looking locally around in california and every one was quoting either 500 to rebuild, was scrolling and found a Ad for ISS and found a replacement option for a great price and turn around time. Overall extremely satisfied with the replacement cluster.”

“Found your company ISS on Facebook. I have a 2015 Cadilac CTS Luxury my radio face had cracked all on it's own it look like a spider web and you could hardly operate the touch screen. I ordered the replacement radio it arrived in two days and I was first impressed by them asking for the Vin # in order to make sure that all components would be in the new radio. Plus it showed a YouTube video if you did the insulation yourself. Also they sold the tools for about $6.00 to get in the dash. I am well please with the service,price, and product.”

“Dealer wanted 2700 for a new radio and said mine couldn't be you fixed it for 450.00 and it works great glad I went with people saved lots of money and shipped it back at their expense totaly recommend this company”

“Had an unrelated problem when I replaced my cluster, ISS was communicative during the process to help me isolate the new problem. Turned out their cluster worked fine, but I had jostled the ignition cylinder during the process to the point that it had locked. Happy with the part and the friendly communication.”

Michael, seems there is confusion on how this works. We exchange like-4-like parts. Diesel clusters are very hard to get and you don't have a Diesel cluster. It seems the old company you worked with might have screwed you over and gave you a gas cluster with very very bad soldering job. The good news, we didn't charge you a core fee and you have full warranty. So... I am not really understanding the 1 star. Makes no sense given that we didn't charge core fee of $200 and I see you are covered on warranty.

“Thank you so much for restoring my gauges for my Silverado. This was my dad’s truck and I got it when he passed 3 years ago. Nobody would pass it for inspection since the gauges stopped working years ago and he didn’t know where to go to get it fixed. Thank you ISS for your excellent repair and restoration.”
