“Very happy with the repair, works great no issues a couple weeks installed. Would do 5 stars but I originally ordered a replacement so I didn't have to wait and the website took my payment. Almost immediately after the order went through I got an out of stock email. I was very annoyed as the website should show stock or out of stock and let you make a decision based on that. However I did decide to send my old cluster in for repair, I figured I would be down for a few weeks but they fixed it and I had it back in a little over a week. Did a great job on the repair, just annoyed and feel they take your money without stock then ask you to do the repair service instead.”

“I sent the instrument panel out of my ford 2000 f 150 because the odometer was not working. It cost me $40 to ship and $160 for you to repair it. You told me you did not know how to fix it and refunded $90. to me. So it cost me $100. for nothing. I saw later that you mainly work on GM products. If you don't know how to fix fords why did you take the job. I can't find a replacement that dose not need to be reprogramed so I can seeno way that I can sell the truck.”

“If it was not for iss auto I would have been s.o.l on having a instrument cluster. Dealerships can no longer get clusters for a 05 chevy truck. Glad I found them and the lifetime warranty was the cherry on top!”

“I can't believe everything is now working! I had nothing working on my dash except the RPM gauge. Had to use the range indicator for gas, and my Garmin for speed. I wish I would have known about your service long ago. The service, & packaging was pain free. I also changed the dimmer switch, which unfortunately I could not find on your site. My wife is so happy, now I don't have to get her a new vehicle. 10 Stars if I could!”
