“Well I sent in a cluster from my 2012 ford f150, only to be told they cant fix it and they charged me $65.00 for telling me that. Think it is a scam to make $65.00.”

“Shipping was fast and the packaging was good. The return was made easy. The speedometer is about three miles an hour off (slow) compared to GPS and road speed warnings. Not a big problem as long as I know it now.”

“Works as it should. Has a warranty. I spent extra for the transmission temp gauge. Company communicates better than most. Very pleased with the product. Don't go elsewhere, bunch of hidden costs with others.”

“I had a 2006 Chevy pickup that was draining the battery. It had a brake light glowing/flickering all the time , key on or off. Iss gives the gauge cluster and the pickup is back to normal.”

“I had read about ISS Automotive Solutions before and wondered if I would ever need to use them for one of my vehicles and sure enough I did. My 2002 GMC Yukon Denali’s cluster gauge had been showing signs of misreadings of fuel and voltage. Everything was a smooth process no hassle. I highly recommend ISS Automotive Solutions”

“I have a 2004 Impala that ALL the gauges slowly went out. ISS provided me with a gauge cluster that was not only perfect but was very well priced. To my amazement it arrived the next day in a pefectly packed box. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“I needed to replace the instrument cluster on a 2005 Pontiac Montana, but the Wheelchair version. I have found that repair shops are very similar to AAA when it comes to this type of vehicle as they don't want to touch it. I called 2 local repair shops and both said they would get back to me with a price (never happened) just like AAA acted when I needed a jump but that never happened either. YouTube videos for help and my van is operational again. I would recommend the process and my advice is start grabbing plastic the clips will give, once you get to the cluster it's 4 screws and two plugins in back (you can't switch then they are different).”

“Bought a 2003 Chevy Silverado digital HVAC controller thinking that it was possibly refurbished like the instrument cluster I just bought from you. I was trying to be a loyal consumer cause I felt like the service was good on that. Nowhere on your website does it say the HVAC part is a Dorman least not currently so played me for a fool on this one and I paid about $70 more than I would’ve paid on Amazon for the exact same product total rip off.”
