“I'd rate EXCELLENT if it was an option. 2004 Tahoe instrument panel went out, local dealer wanted $800-$850 to replace. I saw the video, and the process is literally remove the dash trim (3 minutes), unscrew\unplug the instrument panel (5 minutes), plug in new instrument panel, check by turning on car, and reverse the process by screwing 4 screws in and putting trim panel back. 15-30 minutes tops for a savings of $500+. Process was flawless, sent the old panel back next day. A+ service and seller.”

“Great item, but did not work on my 2013 gmc yukon xl do to change in that year gmc, but worked on son in-laws Cadillac. Hope you can build something for newer models.”

“My "New" Instrument Cluster came as I expected, ( In box with Styrofoam as to not damage the unit). 20 minutes later it was installed and works great. Since the original one only the fuel gauge worked, I now have a "Happy Wife"”

“I ordered a new instrument cluster for my 2004 Tahoe and the shipment arrived well packaged and timely. Once installed everything worked just fine. The return shipment is made easy by a return label in the original box. Overall I am very happy.”

“Thanks guys. I ordered a refurbished instrument cluster which i installed in my ..2003 gmc Sierra . Light's and instruments work perfectly. I used the padded box with the return label and sent the old one back . Very happy”

“I had questions prior to ordering...I emailed customer service in the evening and got replies back immediately. Well, within a couple of hours, but that was far beyond expectations. I was concerned about a few things ordering a refurbished part. They answered all my questions happily and I was immensely satisfied with the appearance of my purchase. They said the radio (CUE) unit would plug and play with my Cadillac SRX and it absolutely did. Shipping was reasonable. A full week and a couple days (free) ground from the west coast to Detroit during a pandemic. Not bad, really. Prepaid label for my core. Could not have been an easier or better experience. A+++ for ISS service and parts.”
