“The delivery was in decent time and the radio looked like new, but when we installed it, it came locked. To unlock it, we have to take it to a dealership.. this is what ISS told us, but dealerships won’t unlock a radio that’s not theirs because they think it’s stolen. So, we have a new radio that is just a black screen stuck on locked. ISS did nothing to help when we asked, they didn’t even offer to send a replacement that was unlocked. UPDATE: After my initial review, ISS called me directly. They had a nice lady offer me a replacement free of charge. It was delivered within a week and dealer installed, no issues and we finally have radio back!”

Roxy, locked radio means VIN programming. The dealership will need your VIN in order to have the radio match your specific vehicle. We have this noted on our product pages that radios require dealership programming. Sorry if this was not clear during purchase. Please have a dealer call us and we can talk with them to confirm it is not stolen. We are happy to work with dealerships directly. VIN programming radio's is not a service that we provide at this time. Is not that we can't help, its that we physically can't offer VIN programming at this time. Sorry we can't offer this service. We are happy to provide a full refund. Simply use the shipping box to return shipping label to return the product.

“The order was completed as expected. However I was told I would receive a confirmation email confirming ISS got my core part that would activate the warranty. I have yet to get any emails as stated.”

“No problems, placed my order for a instrument cluster for my 08 Silverado, new cluster arrived in a few days and looked like new. It was a couple of days before I had time to install it. Watched the video and the removal of the bad cluster and installation of the new cluster was easy, about 20 min. Works like it should. Packaged the old cluster and installed the return shipping label and dropped off at my local UPS store. Received a email in a few days confirming receiving my old unit and activating my life time warranty. Will use ISS again if I need to. Thanks ISS”

“ISS Automotive Solutions ordering process was very easy. My replacement part arrived very quickly and with a return label enclosed with no cost to me. My part was package very well and arrived without damage. By the way I used the same box and packaging to return the old part. I really appreciate this kind of service. I would recommend ISS Automotive Solutions if you are thinking about ordering parts for your vehicle.”
