“Ordered an instrument cluster for my Silverado. Was shipped promptly and arrived in a well packaged shipping box. The cluster works great and I’m very satisfied. Returning the core was simple with easy to follow instructions, prepared shipping label and a trip to UPS store”

“The dash of my 2005 GMC 2500HD looks so good, I had to clean up the rest of the interior and put on new seat covers! She looks great, for an old farm truck. It's good to have all the gauges working, and even the speedometer reads correctly now.”

“Great service, fast turn around. My speedo and then volt meter went out on my 2003 Silverado. This panel is so easy to pull of the truck in minutes and then sent to ISS. Next week I'm back up and running and everything looks good. Hope this fix lasts for years. Will recommend them for gauge repair.”

“Cluster lights with blue led upgrade are better than when truck was new. Only rated 4 stars due to a question I am having regarding an indicator light either not working or not being in my replacement cluster. In there defense my truck is an 8.1 with Allison combo and they are much rarer than the 6.0 or duramax trucks. But I do recommend them. Item came ahead of promised delivery date and was packaged better than a lot of new items I have ordered. Also they responded back very quickly in regards to my warranty when they received my original cluster. I mailed my cluster back next day in the provided packaging to get lifetime warranty. Loved the no hassle deposit policy.”

“Purchasing was great and easy. I got the part I ordered pretty quick. The trouble is when I needed to return the part because it didn’t work. I sent a message through the contact us as was stated to do so. I got no response. A week later I sent another one, still I got no response. After reaching out to the Facebook page and got a response. I repackaged it and sent it back and got a refund.”

“So I wanted to wait and see if what they fixed was really fixed before I wrote this review. Everything so far is perfect. They seem to have done a great job on my cluster. Extreamly fast service. I mean fast. Customer service was very easy to contact and helped me through the process. 5 Stars. They deserve it.”
