“I ordered a Dash Console for my 2009 Chevy Silverado. Immediately, I received information on my purchase and was provided with a tracking number. The product was rebuilt, but looks brand new and works amazing! I was also provided with a lable to return the core which was simple! Highly recommended.”

“I recently ordered a cluster replacement for a 2007 GMC Sierra Classic. I thought everything was good so I left work and headed home. Then, I got an email that they did not have my part in stock. In the email I was given repair options, so I ended up sending my cluster for repair. It was pretty straightforward and they called to tell me my cluster had been run on a bench and everything was fine. That was not a surprise since I didn't think the cluster was the problem. They gave me the option of sending it back and only charging for the test and shipping, or, they could refurbish it and give me a lifetime warranty. I had them do the refurbishing since they already had it. They completed the work in a timely manner and also supplied me with pin out information, for the connector, that I had not been able to find. They shipped it back to me pretty quickly. Turns out, the problem was with the Body Control Module and having a known good cluster helped me arrive at that conclusion quicker. I would use the again and I would recommend them to anyone having similar issues. They also offer customization for your dash cluster, so, if you are needing that type of work you should check them out.”
