“I checked out a couple different sites for cluster replacement and ISS was the cheapest and easiest to order from. The return of the core was very simple as you just use the box your new one came in and the shipping label is suppied by ISS.”

“It took a long time to receive my dash ,I blamed it on bad weather in the northwest, but after receiving my dash it was the exact part I ordered,and installed easily and is working appropriately with no issues.”

“Originally I received an incorrect order but it was rectified quickly. Shipping is not the fastest but packages do arrive in time allotted & packaged with care. I have had my new dashboard in my truck for a few weeks now & it's great. My gauges are working. I like the color options. Customer service was kind, patient, respectful & polite. I'm very happy & probably gonna be ordering another dash for another car of mine & possibly my other truck as well”

“Customer service was outstanding. They're very knowledgeable of their product. The installation was easy with the instructions they gave. I unplugged my old instrument panels and plugged in the new one and it worked great. Only thing I have to say about is there a bit pricey with their "put you in front of the line fee# and shipping too. Otherwise great.”

“The company was very helpful. After they first initiatially fixed my instrument cluster it worked great. In a few days though the issues re-arised but they helped me to diagnose a separate issue non related to the cluster but to the body control module. I've been a tech for several years and believe I had two separate issues in the vehicle. The company gets 5 stars from me and i will use ISS again.”

“I am a Female in my 60's, I called Customer Service, and the young Lady was very helpful on how and what I needed to order my new Cluster. Then I watched the video on how to replace my Cluster.
