“New instrument panel arrived quickly. They forgot to remove two codes which I had to have a dealership remove. Cost me a little extra money but new panel great. Would highly recommend.”

“I ordered a new instrument cluster for my 2004 Chevy Tahoe as lights had burnt out and a couple of the gauges no longer worked. The new cluster came very quickly. After calling ISS Support to ensure the correct cluster (as the instructions that came with the new unit stated that the model numbers must match between the new cluster and the old cluster to validate the warranty) I was able to easily install the new cluster and everything works as expected. To activate the Lifetime warranty, you must send the old cluster back to ISS Automotive. I shipped the old unit the next day. However, I did receive a couple of emails stating that my 30 day warranty was about to expire. A short phone call to ISS Automotive rectified the issue. Overall, I am happy with the product and the ISS Automotive support experience.”

“I ordered a instrument cluster for my 2003 Z71 and it came to my house lickety split and it was exactly what I ordered and is working beautifully! I would not hesitate to order from these folks again and they certainly have my recommendation!”

“The product is functioning properly and looks great. It does seem there might be some backlights that we’re not replaced during the rebuild. Minor issue. Also, I would have liked to have instructions or an instructional video or link for my specific vehicle. I did find one on a competitors web site that was pretty good although they even missed a couple of screws for disassembly. No problem. It took about 1.5 hours start to finish.”

“My Cadillac cue system for my 2016 CTS arrived very fast. I have had my system replaced twice in five years this is the third replacement. This system is better than both original GM parts. The price, quality and speed of shipment was great. I am very impressed with ISS. This was my first time using ISS but it won’t be the last. I am a retired Army mechanic. ISS is great and now I am a life long customer.”

“Great job fixing my odometer. Only problem is that I was told on the phone that they could retrieve original miles and set it to that. I got it back fixed, but with the estimated miles I had told them.”

Hi Greg, we can't always retrieve the miles and do what we can. If needed we fall back to what was provided. Glad that everything is working. Let us know if you should have any issues.

Matthew, I think that there is some confusion, our company did not sell you headlights. You order a cluster from us. Can you please update your review to reflect the actual order you made and correct your review?

“Ordered unit on Sunday night, delivered for free Thursday afternoon. Installed it immediately and everything worked perfectly. I had been driving with nothing but speedometer and gas guage for 20k so Im pretty happy as you can imagine. Thanks so much!”

“I contacted ISS for a replacement instrument cluster for my GMC. They had the part and was shipped, I received the part but it was not the right LED color. Contacted ISS they shipped me a replacement part, installed and works great. Very happy with the overall service.”

“Hardest part was getting my dash packed up and in the mail. Called to verify it was received and found out it was repaired and on the way back already. Everything works better than when I got the truck”
