“Ordered a cadillac cue system from ISS Automotive for my 2017 escalade. Was packaged very well and was very pleased overall with what arrived. Two comments related to quality that item can be improved. (1) The black piano plastic doesnt match OEM exactly, so you will notice especially in the sun that something is off. Its not as black is the only way I can describe it. (2) The lighted up touch buttons on the climate control section are very dimly lit compared to OEM you will notice it right away its not OEM and doesnt come anywhere near the brightness or completeness of coverage of the surrounding OEM buttons.”

“I recently purchased a new headset for my 09 Chevy traverse. It arrived on time and installation was a breeze. After returning the original I realized I forgot to put the paperwork in the box. I emailed customer service and they replied very quickly. I was told just to take a picture of the paperwork and email it to them, which made it easy to correct my mistake. I am impressed with the quality of there product and their customer service.”

“My 2005 Chevy Silverado speedometer had been inaccurate for several years. Last month several other gauges started having problems. I ordered and installed a new instrument cluster from ISS and received it the next day. Within 45 minutes after receiving it, it was installed in the truck and solved all of the problems! It couldn't have been any easier!”

“Ordering was super easy. All you needed was your VIN on your vehicle. They sent me a return shipping label to send the old unit back. Made replacing our media screen in our Suburban super easy. Also makes our life easier now that the kids aren’t complaining! Lol!”
