“Multiple gauges started failing on my 2004 Yukon. After a bit of research I decided to do an exchange instrument cluster from ISS Automotive. I did the exchange because I was only going to be where the Yukon was located (not my home base) for a short time. The unit was shipped and arrived exactly when ISS said. The quality looks great, the install was clear and easy, and it works great! Over-all I am very happy and am recommending ISS!”

“So far so good. Infotainment center seems to be functioning well. Excellent service, packaging and timely shipping. Paid $100 for installation. Saved about a thousand dollars over the dealer’s quote for a new one.”

“Looked like a new unit, installed easily and everything worked as described. No need to reset my sirius xm or my saved radio stations. Btw it was much cheaper than the $1700 quote from my local GM dealer, saved me $1200. It was literally plug and play, thanks!”

“The order was easy and fast delivery. The instrument cluster was not set to the correct hours when I receive it. After calling to inform them they seemed not care or help solve the problem. They also don’t offer are refund on sending in your old instrument cluster.”

We are happy to reset your hours and was mentioned directly on a phone call with you. If you wish that we set the hours we can help. We do offer a free return shipping of your old core to activate your Lifetime warranty. It seems that you were not interested in activating your Lifetime warranty? We are offering our prices as good faith and not charging core fees. The price would be over $400 if we refunded core so the trade off is we keep our prices low to help people and offer a warranty. The core return is how we stay in business. If you want us to set you engine hours correctly we are happy to do that. Please contact us.
