“I was very happy with my purchase of a radio with touchscreen for my Cadillac. It was easy for the mechanic to install and it works and looks beautiful. The price was exceptional! Then on top of it all we get a lifetime warranty if we send back the core which I have not had the time to do yet.”

“I was skeptical at first and thought it was a bit expensive, but when I received my instrument cluster back as fast as they stated I would and how great the cluster looked upon completion, I was thoroughly impressed! Thank you so much for the great service and quality job!”

“I ordered a cluster gauge and it came on time and well packaged well. Only problem it was the wrong cluster gauge. They did not have the right part in stock, but they did make a full refund. Other than that it was a good and friendly service.”

“While it took two attempts to receive the correct unit, the exchange and replacement were handled expediently and professionally. “ISS worked with me on a suborn diode problem that was difficult to find and we all agreed that diodes over time fail and should be replaced as standard protocol, due to ion transfer from battery...”

Hi Cassie, Appears you purchased this 4 months ago? I see you left a review regarding your issue. Have you tried calling or sending us an email to let us know?
