“Service is exactly as advertised. I had tried having my cluster repaired twice and it failed twice. So lifetime warranty is important to me. Unit was delivered on time and meticulously packaged. I suggest that they provide email confirmation of receipt of the core which triggers the lifetime warranty.”

“I put the new cluster in very easy rock currently 20 minutes everything working fine heal one is on its way back to you I will recommend you to everyone that ask. Joe”

“I ordered a cluster from ISS overnight and it came right away. The product looked brand new and was packaged very well in cushions. The service was excellent and the product worked awesome. “Very happy with the quality of the product and the short turn around. I also spent the extra $30 for the blue led back light and it really looks nice. I chose to replace rather than repair because I was nervous about not having a working gauge cluster in the truck. I ended up saving about $400 doing it myself rather than going to a shop. Easy repair. Quality product.”
