“Great service! ISS made the ease of purchase and return of malfunctioning part seamless. I received the refurbish part and only had to repack the old and return it using the shipping label provided in advance with my original purchase. Would happily recommend them.”

“Absolutely amazing company and products. Got my order within a week, it was the wrong one but that could have been on my end. I called and got the best customer service Ive ever had from anywhere. They sent the correct one on next day air saver without charging me extra. Received the second one and sure enough, its the right one and it was still plug and play ready. Dash cluster works now, so I have a happy customer. ISS Automotive is by far one of the best companies I have ever dealt with and will gladly be ordering with them again in the future.”

“ISS saved me a bunch of money. This is the second Que unit I've had installed in my ATS. The first one was under warranty this one was at my expense. I had to go onto Youtube to find a video of removing my Que unit for and ATS since the ISS website was for another Cadillac but it was very easy to do and it was plug and play. I'm very please with ISS.”
