“I ordered 2 complete radios for my XTS and my escalde both we’re having issues with freezing and one screen had a bad crack in it . So I decided that I would just replace both units I put my vin numbers in for both cars 2 radio we’re sent when I opened them and installed them both look like brand new you can’t even tell they are refurbished units probably the easiest most cost effective way to replace a radio without having to buy them brand new and there is plenty of videos on YouTube to help make it a smooth process to install them . After your finished easy processs just go to ups store slap the return sticker on and tour done”

“I ordered a replacement Cadillac CUE touch screen. It arrived quickly and it was well packaged. The installation was easy and it fit perfectly. It works as well as a CUE can. They included a prepaid label for the return of the old one. The price was way lower than the dealership quoted. I am very happy with the product and the service. I couldn't ask for more.”
