“I understand that the radio was refurbished; however, it appeared new and took only a few minutes to install. It is highly recommended, as a non-dealer or mechanic, that one purchase a pry kit for removal of the radio dash bezel. A quick view of U-Tube instructions and, voila, out with the old and in with the replacement. No scratches prove that the inexpensive pry kit was worth the purchase.”

“I purchased a cluster panel and when I received it. I removed mine and plugged in the the new one everything worked perfect im happy I chose them.”

“Great product, I was having battery run down issues, run the battery down after a few days of sitting. Ordered one and it was sent very fast and good directions for changing it out. Now I have my reliable truck back, excellent company to work with.”

“The instrument cluster I purchased for my 2003 heavy Suburban is a perfect fit, and the blue LEDs look great! I also upgraded to the trans temp gauge and it works perfectly without having to change anything else on the Suburban. The customer service at ISS Automotive is exceptional and I will absolutely use them for any future needs. I highly recommend them, And you will not be disappointed.”

“I am very impressed with the service and quality of the product that I received from ISS. From the point of order on a Saturday to the point of receipt on the following Tuesday, I was made aware of progress along the way. When I did get the part and went to make the 15 minute install, I had a question/concern....I called the tech support and spoke to a real person who knew the exact issue. All fixed. When I returned the core, I had the same informed transaction. I was made aware of their receipt and the ‘award’ of my warranty due to sending it back. I would strongly recommend.”

“Refurbished parts may be your only option. The dash instrument panel came really quickly and was easy unplug and then plug and play. I knew it was a refurbished part so i understand that it wouldn’t be perfect. A few scuffs were noticed in the clear cover screen. Iss made it super easy to just put the old part back in the new part box with a prepaid return label. We just dropped it off ups and easy peezy!”

“I was happy to find this instrument pane in stock and ready to be programmed and shipped. If not for a delay on UPS side, it would have been received in three days. I watched the video of how to remove and replace this instrument panel before I started. The procedure was straight forward and easy to follow. It only took me about 40 minutes to remove and install the panel. I did apply power before I installed the trim to insure everything worked. I test drove drove the vehicle and all gages appeared to function properly. After verification, I installed the trim and was ready go. After driving the car for a few days, I did notice that the fuel gage is a bit off. It shows more fuel than it should. I have to drive more, use more gas, then fill up to see how much it is off. Other than that, it works great. Just as good as new and much less expensive than any dealership would charge to replace it. Very happy with ISS.”
