“You never know how a company you have never heard of is going to deliver so it is an act of faith when you pay before a product is shipped and what the result will be. I'm hear to tell you that ISS is a company you can trust. I received the instrument panel amd cannot be happier. It included the blue lights and Transmission Guage which I ordered and fit like a glove. I enjoy the new panel with the blue led lights as it adds a new feature to an old 2003 Silverado. The price is reasonable considering it's a custom aftermarket service but the cluster appears to be OEM. Worth the purchase and I'm a happy dude.”

“I HIGHLY recommend ISS for reman parts. Cost effective solution for my Cadillac cue replacement. It now works like when the car was new. They make it simple to return the core to activate your warrantee as well. I will use you guys again! Thank you for making this transaction as simple as possible.”

“I rarely write reviews, but ISS Automotive deserves an outstanding review! My 2004 Suburban cluster finally “quit” after over 174k miles! After reviewing products, I “ took a chance” and ordered new cluster from ISS. Received new cluster with in days, in perfect condition, with prepaid return instructions! New cluster works perfect! They even program mileage, vin number into unit. Notified of warranty activation upon return of core. Easy plug in installation! ISS is almost 3,000 miles from my home ( Long Island) and the transaction and product were flawless! Highly recommend! Great communication! Thanks ISS!☘️🇺🇸🙏”

“So far The instrument cluster for my 04 Silverado is working like it should now like it did when it was new One of the major reasons I bought from this company I recognize the name and they had a telephone where you could actually talk to somebody in person. That’s why I chose them. They’re easy to work with with a lifetime warranty. You can’t beat that.”

“I prdered a instrument cluster for our 2003 GMC Yukon, the installtion was very easy and once installed ti works great. can read all the guages now. The purchasing, shipping, and information provided in the kit were all excellent. Greatly appreciate ISS and their professionalism.”

“Overall, I am very pleased with the product and service except for the fact that my oil pressure gauge now is pegged at 80 psi which in the first 18 years of owning this vehicle it’s always ran 40 in that area even with a new cluster put in about 15 years ago But it’s not anything worth I think taking it out. Also wish you guys had radio for my 2005 avalanche. I didn’t see one online for that particular model but now we have a nice instrument cluster with a bright gear selector display, which was the main reason I replaced it , good job will call again if needed”
